2) Whether you use 1 or 2 pills a day is your decision as again our customers have differing schedules, we recommend taking them on an empty stomach, as such if you have an empty stomach at these times then it is ideal to take your AçaiOne.
3) In regards to your keto diet, we do not recommend any specific diet, as dieting is a process personal to each person, as such you are free to follow any diet you believe works for you. I have just ordered another 2 boxes, because they do work, but you need to take it twice a day. I take it in the morning as soon as I wake up and one just before I go to bed. The trick is to take them when your stomach is completely empty. I have lost 5kg so far in a month. Of course I follow a healthy eating habit and I go for walks every day but I have done this in the past and it has not worked, so acaione is most def helping. For me works because it takes away my constant hunger and I dont feel like eating 24h like I used to before.
