Who is Luminesen Natural Health S.L.?
We are the company behind AcaiOne®, BeautyGen®, BioFertilis® and other products designed to help thousands of people keep their bodies healthy.
Where is Luminesen located?
We are based in Barcelona, Spain and have other offices in Sweden, Italy and the Western Balkans. But, as we’d like to say, you can find us everywhere, since we are just one click away from your computer or smartphone 🙂
Do you have any certifications?
As a European company we are licensed and certified according to the rules and regulations (EU) No 931/2011 on the traceability of food products. Moreover, we operate under strict HACCP standards for which we are certified, as well as ISO9001 Certified for Quality Management Systems.
Should I ask my doctor about using supplements?
We always recommend that with any nutritional supplements you should always check with your pharmacist or doctor when changing your daily regiment. In such cases, please provide your pharmacist or doctor with all the available information from our website or informative leaflets you have acquired from us.
Do I need to keep a diet when using Luminesen products?
Always being mindful and aware of what you consume is a good and healthy rule. Our supplements are designed to aid and regulate food intake of most modern food diets. However, we will always recommend a general diet for you when using our products, such as reducing sugar intake or eating after a certain hour. Moreover, we will recommend the best time when to take our products for greater effect.
How effective are your products?
We have an extensive research team with many years of experience whose approach to designing effective supplements is impeccable. Each supplement undergoes many trials before it’s approved and brought to market. Yes. We use bovine gelatin in our capsules when necessary, or otherwise vegetable based capsules.
